The clean pool, spacious room, 24-hour fitness center, and proximity to great shopping were highlights of my stay. The shuttle service made getting around super easy!

The staff provided excellent service, with one team member being particularly supportive and helpful during our family reunion. The clean room layout was comfortable for our family of four. However, the experience was marred by the presence of ants in the room, and despite promises from the general manager, the issue was not resolved, nor was there a follow-up on a promised refund.

So I ended up here for work and what a relief! Trina at the front desk was amazing, super chill and welcoming. My room was spacious with a wet bar and fridge which I totally loved. The indoor pool was a nice touch too. Just wish the breakfast was better. only two hours to grab it? Kinda lame.

During my recent road trip through the U.S. , I stayed for a couple of nights and truly enjoyed the spacious room. The breakfast options pleased me, though I found the decor a bit dated. Overall, it was a good base for my adventures around Lombard.
